Compliance
To confirm The rules we work under
What a procurement team needs to read before prequalifying: which standards a result is validated against, what happens to client data, and how each document is coded.
Reference standards
These are not certifications: they are the standards a result is contrasted against and an acceptance criterion is set from. The one that applies is declared in each project proposal.
| Standard | What it governs | Where it applies |
|---|---|---|
| ASME V&V 20 | Verification and validation in CFD and heat transfer | How model deviation against site measurement is declared |
| ASME BPVC VIII Div. 2 | Design by analysis of pressure vessels | Acceptance criteria for pressure equipment, Struct line |
| AWS D1.1 | Structural welding in steel | Detail and fatigue category in welded joint submodels |
| NCh433 | Seismic design of buildings | Inputs to modal and response spectrum analysis |
| NCh2369 | Seismic design of industrial structures and installations | The one that governs plant structures on site |
The physics solved, the usual discretisation and the solver per line are in the capability matrix. See capabilities
Data and confidentiality
- Reciprocal confidentiality for 3 years from service close
- Result files and processed geometry remain with the client
- Client geometry is not reused in another engagement nor published as a case without written authorisation
- Calibration tests and site measurements are cited with the operation anonymised unless the client authorises naming it
- Your data is used only to answer this request. It is not shared with third parties.
Document traceability
- Every proposal, scope minute and report is issued with a code and revision
- The acceptance criterion is signed into the scope minute before a mesh exists
- Every deliverable is issued in Spanish and English
- Assumptions, boundary conditions and solver version are declared in the report
